Install exclusive right turning lanes on all approaches, dual left turning lanes on the northbound <br />approach and provide four lanes of approach for eastbound and westbound movements (left, two <br />throughs, and right) at the Cleveland Avenue / 1-35W northbound ramps (Twin Lakes Parkway) <br />intersection. <br /> <br />. Monitor the post-development traffic congestion and safety at the Cleveland Avenue / West County <br />Road C2 intersection and consider the installation of a traffic signal if warrants are met and a traffic <br />signal would not adversely affect operations at adjacent intersections or progression along Cleveland <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />.
