Based on the <br />calculations presented in the January 22 rnemo, the proposed project falls within the state <br />EA W threshold. <br /> <br />Task 2.0 <br /> <br />Data Collection <br /> <br />BR W will obtain and review the State EA W prepared for Centre Pointe Business Park project <br />in Roseville. Critical infonnatioll obtained from said EA W includes: <br /> <br />Traffic Impact Analysis (turning movement counts, traffic forecasts) <br />Existing Air Quality Monitoring Data in the Vicinity of the Project <br />Noise Analysis Results (3 receptor locations) <br />Stormwater Analysis <br /> <br />BR W wil1 compile traffic count data from existing sources as available. ssumed that the <br />city will make available any existing traffic count data. Project generated traffic will be assigncd to <br />the street system in accordance with geographic directional distribution. Intersection capacity <br />analysis wit! be conducted at each of the intersections expected to be impacted by the project <br />generated trailic.
