<br />1.6 State environmental regulations require that the City of Roseville, as <br />the RGU, make a decision at the next available City Council meeting <br />after the close of the comment period, or notify commenters of when <br />the decision will be made. Staff notified commenters of the June 23, <br />1997 decision date. <br /> <br />2.0 Planning Commission Comments <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this EAW on May 14 and reviewed the <br />comments received on June 11. No comments or concerns have been <br />expressed by the Planning Commision. <br /> <br />3.0 Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />For reasons stated in the attached findings, the staff recommends adopting the <br />negative declaration resolution which states that the Twin Lakes development <br />has no significant environmental effects and that preparation of an <br />environmental impact statement is not necessary. <br /> <br />Suggested Action: <br /> <br />By resolution, adopt the negative declaration and authorize the staff to <br />distribute the decision. <br /> <br />Attachment: Resolution, Findings of Fact <br /> <br />Report by: Rick Jopke, 490-2241 <br /> <br />5 <br />
