State licensed day care facility serving twelve (12) or fewer persons. <br /> <br />9. State licensed group family day care facility serving fourteen (14) or <br />fewer children. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 1004.02C is hereby amended by adding 1004.02Cll and <br />1004.02C12a Mid 1004.02C12b to read as follows: <br /> <br />C. Uses Allowed by Conditional Use Permit: <br /> <br />1. Essential service structures, buildings such as telephone exchange <br />substations, booster or pressure regulating stations, booster or <br />pressure regulating stations, wells and pumping stations, elevated <br />tanks and electric power substations. <br /> <br />2. Golf courses, country club, tennis club, public swimming pool, <br />community centers, stadium, private swimming pools when intended <br />to serve more than one family. The principal structure or building <br />relating to any of the above listed uses shall not be located less than <br />fifty feet (50') from any adjacent lot in an R District. <br /> <br />3. Extraction of sand, gravel or other material and removal from the site <br />but not processing the same on site. Said conditional permit shall <br />include a finished grading plan which will not adversely affect the <br />surrounding land or development of surrounding land. <br /> <br />4. Day care centers, nursery schools, dormitories for educational <br />institutions, provided the principal structure shall not be located less <br />than fifty feet (50') from any adjacent lot in an R District. Provided <br />further that the day care centeres shall provide a minimum of forty <br />(40) square feet of outside play area per child, and provided further <br />that the day care center shall have its outside play area properly <br />fenced. and screened. <br /> <br />5.
