<br />a proven ability to present financial issues in a simplified, easily <br />understood manner. <br /> <br />· Janna King, Economic Development Services. Janna is a business <br />marketing, promotion, and development expert who has worked <br />throughout Minnesota and Texas. She was the director of the St <br />Cloud Economic Development Corporation and last year assisted <br />Metro East as a temporary director while the orgranization <br />reassessed itself. She has also done promotion and recruitment work <br />in the south Metro suburbs. <br /> <br />· Walt Hartman, Municipal Economic Development Network. Walt is <br />considered one of the experts in TIF uses and the law. Walt worked <br />for State Planning and later with Holmes and Graven as a TIF plan <br />consultant. He may have been used by the city in the early 1980's <br />when the first districts were approved. <br /> <br />· Gene Ranieri and Sid Inman, Ehlers/Public Resource Group, Inc. <br />Gene has helped the city (as part of the League effort) prepare TIF <br />special legislation and lobby on contaminated sites clean-up issues. <br />Sid Inman has reviewed business plans and done tax increment <br />feasibility runs for the city in the past. <br /> <br />· Daid Kennedy and Steve Bubel, Kennedy & Graven. David and Steve <br />have been consultants to the City on TIF issues and on the <br />reorganization of the Development District and the TIF Plan. <br /> <br />4 <br />
