Jim is an attorney who works with cities <br />throughout the metro area on development issues and contracts, TIF <br />legislation and uses, development financing and bonds. <br /> <br />. Bruce Maus, Corporate Real Estate, Inc.. Bruce and his partner Jim <br />Stroker have worked with developers and cities throughout the State. <br />They specialize in site and building development, financial <br />assistance, and construction management. <br /> <br />. Mike Mulrooney, Advance Resources. Mike has worked with many <br />cities throughout the region and in southern Minnesota to create <br />business development, recruit, expand, and retail businesses. They <br />specialize in working on behalf of cities with regard to TIF and other <br />incentives, development trends and public policies. Advance will also <br />act pro-actively on behalf of cities, searching for the "right industry" on <br />the "right site". <br /> <br />. Springsted Financial Advisors. The Council has met Kathy Aho, who <br />prepared information regarding bonding, taxes, and financial impacts <br />of Roseville's TIF districts. Gary Fields, the business and <br />development analyst for Springsted, is highly recognized for his <br />professional and teaching work in this field. He has worked for many <br />cities in the area. <br /> <br />. Tegra, Inc. Tom Hauschild and Dick Strassburg are considered <br />experienced, highly respected professionals in the field of TIF, <br />development and lease agreements, market trends - especially <br />industrial, and site planning/architecture. They have worked with the <br />City in the past and have also worked with the majority of the large <br />developers in the region. <br /> <br />. Rich Zabell, Cobb and Associates, Ltd.
