If Minor Variance Committee unanimously recommends approval of <br />variance, application then goes to City Council for final action. <br /> <br />C. If Minor Variance Committee does not unanimously recommend approval <br />or recommends denial, new application must be made for a normal <br />variance. <br /> <br />12.
