It is recommended that the City Council approve Jay Wallish's request for a 14 <br />foot front yard setback variance at 1432 Rose Place for a 6 foot deep by 8 foot <br />long front porch, and approve a variance for the existing setbacks along the front <br />of the house as pre-existing, allowing them to remain in place. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1.
