We <br />understand the City is willing to consider a site utilizing the Fire Station #3 or the property adjacent to the <br />Parkview school. <br /> <br />We also have been informed that APT has applied for a CUP permit to build a multi-user "co-located" monopole <br />at the Fire Station #3 which has not been acted upon at this point in time, Sprint PCS would entertain the idea of <br />contributing to the construction cost of that specific site provided that the transaction is structured to be fair and <br />reasonable to all parties involved. We do however, have a need to conduct some additional feasibility studies to <br />verify the site as being viable I as well as the need to evaluate a cost analySis for the construction costs on the <br />site. <br /> <br />Provided that an equitable agreement can be arrived at for the construction of the site and the monopole, we <br />would like to enter into negotiations to lease a portion of the Fire Station #3 property to install the following: <br /> <br />" BTS radio equipment cabinets in the leased area of approximately 15' X 20'; <br />approximately 12 panel antennas; <br />.. cables and associated mounting hardware; <br />. 240 volt, single phase, 100 amp. power: and <br />. telephone line, (T-1 span). <br /> <br />In our prior conversation with the city staff, we also indicated the need to establish a temporary site in the area of <br />Dale Street and highway #36 until a permanent site is built. We have submitted to the city staff an Entry & <br />Testing Agreement to conduct our feasibility study and would like further details on requirements needed to apply <br />for a temporary site agreement (or lease). <br /> <br />We would welcome the opportunity to discuss further any other details or options available.
