The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend to the City Council adoption of the <br />62 <br />following two text amendments to §1004.05.A of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance: <br />63 <br />2.allowed to extend forward a maximum of 5- <br /> Garage doors shall be set back at least 5 feet <br />64 <br />feetwhile still required to meet the 30- <br /> from the predominant portion of the principal use, <br />65 <br />foot principal structure front yard setback. <br />66 <br />3. Homes with an attached garage that is set back 100 feet or more from the front <br />67 <br />property line are exempt from meeting the requirement in “a” above, but must meet all <br />68 <br />other requirements of Section 1004.05A. <br />69 <br />SCCA <br />UGGESTEDITYOUNCILCTION <br />70 <br />Adopt an Ordinance <br />amending the text within §1004.05.A (see Attachment B, draft ordinance) <br />71 <br />as follows: <br />72 <br />2.allowed to extend forward a maximum of 5- <br /> Garage doors shall be set back at least 5 feet <br />73 <br />feetwhile still required to meet the 30- <br /> from the predominant portion of the principal use, <br />74 <br />foot principal structure front yard setback. <br />75 <br />3.Homes with an attached garage that is set back 100 feet or more from the front <br />76 <br />property line are exempt from meeting the requirement in “a” above, but must meet all <br />77 <br />other requirements of Section 1004.05A. <br />78 <br />PAA <br />OSSIBLELTERNATIVECTIONS <br />79 <br />Pass a motion to table the item for future action. <br /> Tabling this item does not affect the 60-day <br />80 <br />action deadline established in Minn.
