Explain the statement that Ryan purchased the site? <br /> <br />Hank Wells, 1650 Millwood, asked if CSM looked at other sites within Centre <br />Pointe for hotels and restaurants, <br /> <br />John Simpson, 3083 Mr, Ridgl= Rd, asked why Ryan has not explained the <br />alternative hotel sites, Is the PUD a permenant feature of site? Is the purchaser <br />oblidged to meet the PUD requirements?
