The approvaJs included a Comprehensive <br />Plan :\mendment, rezoning the property to B-4 - Retail Office Service, Replatting, Tax <br />Increment Financing, and a Special Use Permit for Planned Unit Development. The p/;p1 <br />approved in 1985 is shown as Figure 13 , Woodbridge Properties constructed three office <br />buildings on two lots and the public inrrastructure was completed per the approved plan, <br />See Existing Conditions Plan, sheets:2 and 3 of the preliminary plan set.
