The r~quest for a PuT> Ar:'1endment by Ryan seeks to complete the Centre Pointe Business P,d; proposed more than eleven years ago by Woodbridge Proper1ies, Inc, Ryan is p;oposing a plan that is substantially in conformance with the original approved plan Woodbridge proposed building only office and office/service space; Ryan proposes completing Centre Pointe by constructing additional office space as well as office/sen;ce buildings. Ryan's plans cal1 for constructing an additional 619,600 square feet beyond the already constructed 1 10,000 square feet. See Site Plan, sheets 4 and 5 of the preliminary plan set. Woodbridge mass-graded the site and installed inftastructure; Ryan proposes to complete the redevelopment by constructing the remaining buildings.
