The City has approved the rezoning ofthe property to PUD #1177 and the plat <br />for Center Point Business Park 2nd Addition and the final plat of the property. The <br />City has also authorized the execution of Planned Unit Development #1177 <br />Agreement, the execution of a subdivision agreement, and vacated unnecessary <br />easements within the, original Centre Pointe Business Park plat. <br /> <br />6. The Borrower has obtained all required City permits (including building permits) and <br />licenses for construction of the Project. <br /> <br />No building permits have been issued for the any of the properties included in this <br />project. The City will not issue building permits until the Planned Unit Development <br />#1177 Agreement is signed and all required documents are properly recorded. <br /> <br />7. The Project as designed complies with all setback and parking ordinances and regulations: <br /> <br />Yes. Any variations from code requirements are addressed in the Planned Unit <br />Development #1177 Agreement. <br /> <br />8. The City does not participate in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).' <br /> <br />9.
