Section 2 addresses two items: 1) <br />type of building that will be allowed in the Planned Unit Development; and 2) the "permitted" <br />uses that will be allowed in each building. <br /> <br />The type of building is addressed in the first sentence of section 2 which states: <br /> <br />~'V <br /> <br />In the PUD, the intent is to maintain at least 500A, of each building as office, research and ' <br />development. office/showroom. and manufacturi.na uses, except for the approved hotels <br />and restaurant buildings. <br /> <br />This added language is suggested because it was not the intent of the developer to limit each <br />building to "at least" 500A, office uses. <br /> <br />The "permitted use" for each of the buildings was not specified during the development review <br />process. We recommend that with the exception of mortuaries, off-sale liquor stores, and dry <br />cleaning service facilities, the B-4 permitted uses be allowed as part of this Planned Unit <br />Development.
