16. Ponding must be reconstructed and maintained as per City of Roseville and Rice Creek Watershed requirements and permits. 17. Lighting (downcast) for streets and parking lots, and lighting for exterior building areas and signs must be of one consistent type and applied/installed uniformly throughout the business park on all lots. See attached Exhibit 0 for details. 18. Each building must have a signage plan submitted at the time of building permit application, identifying a 36" sign band area or entry detail. The total exterior building wall signage may not exceed 10% of the front face area of the building, and must be placed within the 36" sign band or entry detail. 19. Each building may have one monument sign, Freestanding 2-sided monument signs along may only be placed on interior streets and Cleveland Avenue will. Such signs may be a maximum of 10 feet in width and 6 feet in height and be constructed of the same background material (brick) as the adjoining building.
