<br />2. Execution of a development agreement, and a subdivision <br />agreement for the 2nd Addition Plat. <br /> <br />3. Dedication of pathway easements along the west side of the site <br />and cash in lieu of a portion of the park dedications as part of the <br />subdivision agreement. <br /> <br />4. Dedication of easements (as necessary) and construction of <br />sidewalks along Centre Pointe Drive. <br /> <br />3.0 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />At their meeting on March 26, 1997, the Planning Commission unanimously <br />recommended approval of the CSM preliminary and final plat of four lots, as per the <br />staff recommendations, in substantially the same configuration on the original site or on <br />a vacant site of similar size to the south of Lydia and west of Centre Pointe <br />Drive. <br /> <br />4.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br /> <br />4,1 By motion, approve the preliminary and final plat, and ratify that approval by <br />directing the Mayor to sign the official plat, creating Centre Pointe Business Park 2nd <br />Addition with four lots from a 3 lot portion of the original Centre Pointe Plat subject to: <br /> <br />1, Easement vacations and/or relocation to conform with new lot lines <br /> <br />2, Execution of a subdivision development agreement for the 2nd <br />Addition Plat. <br /> <br />3, For park dedication, acceptance of pathway easements along the <br />west side of the site s.nQ..cash in lieu of a portion of the park <br />dedications (as part of the subdivision development agreement). <br /> <br />4.
