Welsch:

I wish to comment on the Environmental Assessment Worksheet for the Centre Points
Business Park project. My most significant concern is the increased traffic, especially trucks,
that has developed on Fairview A venue over the past 10 years and the potential increase as
more trucks avoid the Cleveland corridor. The Twin Lakes Business Park is very close to the
Centre Park project so that the traffic associated with both developments will impact on
Fairview Avenue.

Roseville has always been proud of its quality of life. I trust that the quality of life for the
residents in this area will not be sacrificed without the use of an Environmental Impact
Statement that jointly considers both developments and their combined impact on this
neighborhood.

Sincerely,

clMA1
Ja; Beil~y
3010 Fairview Avenue N.
Roseville, MN 55113
636-3574

L----/
