<br />maximum size of 6.6 feet long, 6 inches wide, and 1.5 feet thick. These antennas will <br />operate in the 1.9 Ghz to 2.2 Ghz radio frequency range, transmitting and receiving a <br />low power wireless radio signal to a service cell primarily in eastern and central <br />Roseville. No sewer or water service shall be installed . <br /> <br />9. A prefabricated set of equipment panels may be installed near the base of the <br />tower. They will be connected to the tower by one cable to each antenna. <br /> <br />10. A 30 foot by 40 foot equipment panel area with security fencing (up to 8 feet high <br />and topped with barbed wire) shall be located adjacent to the site and approved by the <br />Community Development Director. The equipment area shall be screened by <br />landscape plantings to reduce at-grade visibility of the equipment. The Community <br />Development Director shall review and approve the landscape screening and fencing <br />plan and location. <br /> <br />11. The tower shall not be lighted. Electric and phone wires serving the equipment <br />and tower shall be buried. Security lighting on the site shall be downcast on the <br />equipment areas only. <br /> <br />12. The city may place additional emergency services whip antenna for fire, police, <br />and public works on the same tower. The city may own the tower. <br /> <br />13. The 150 foot tower and supporting equipment shall be completely removed from <br />the site by the applicant after operations cease, equipment is damaged or unsafe as <br />determined by the City Building Official, or the CUP elapses, or the CUP is violated. <br />The City may require posting of a bond to assure removal of the tower and or <br />equipment by the applicant in a timely manner. <br /> <br />14. After approval by the City Council, one temporary tower may be installed on the <br />site for up to 120 days with a possible extension of up to an additional 120 day by the <br />City Council. The tower and supporting equipment shall be completely removed from <br />the site by the applicant after operations cease, equipment is damaged or unsafe as <br />determined by the City Building Official, or the temporary permit elapses. The City may <br />require posting of a bond to assure removal of the tower and or equipment by the <br />applicant in a timely manner. <br /> <br />6 <br />
