<br />Section 3. Section 1012.10 (Height Limitation Expenses) is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1012.10 <br /> <br />A. Private and Commercial Antennas and Towers <br /> <br />.L. City owned or controlled antennas and tower sites shall be a <br />permitted use. <br /> <br />2. Private receiving or transmitting antennas and towers more than <br />twenty feet (20') in height above a man-made structure or more <br />than fifty feet (50') in height above the ground if constructed on <br />the ground. are a conditional use. <br /> <br />J.:. Commercial receiving or transmitting antennas and towers <br />regardless of height or size with the exception of satellite dish <br />antennas shall connect to and use the City tower sites if use of <br />such facilities are technically feasible. <br /> <br />4. Commercial receiving or transmitting antennas and towers not <br />located on a City tower site shall require a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />~ The applicant shall present documentation of the possession of <br />any required license by any Federal. State or local agency. <br /> <br />6. All antennas and towers shall be subject to the appropriate <br />requirements of Section l012.10A8 and the setback requirements <br />established for accessory structures in the applicable zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />7. All antennas and towers shall be designed and situated to be <br />visually unobtrusive. shall be screened as appropriate. shall utilize <br />a City approved blue or gray color. and shall contain no signage. <br />including logos. except as may be required by any State or <br />Federal regulations. <br /> <br />8. Existing transmitting and receiving facilities at the time of the <br />adoption of this Section may remain in service. However. at such <br />
