No transmitting or <br />receiving antennas or towers may be added to existing <br />nonconforming facilities. <br /> <br />9. Antennas and towers support buildings shall be considered as <br />specialized accessory uses in any district and shall be set back a <br />minimum of thirty (30') from any property line. <br /> <br />10. Security fencing for antennas and towers may include chain link <br />and barbed wire to a total height of eight (8') feet above grade. <br /> <br />11. Support buildings to house switching and other communication <br />equipment shall have two off street. paved parking spaces. <br /> <br />12. A building permit shall be required for the construction of new <br />antennas and/or towers and shall include wind loading and <br />strength and footing calculations prepared by a Minnesota <br />registered engineer. <br /> <br />B. Height Limitations: <br /> <br />The height limitations stipulated elsewhere in this Code shall not apply to: <br /> <br />1. Church spires. <br />2. Belfries. <br />3. Cupolas and domes which do not contain usable space. <br />4. Monument. <br />5. Water towers. <br />6. Fire and hose towers. <br />7. Observation towers. <br />8. Flag poles. <br />9. Electrical transmission towers. <br />10. Chimneys. <br />11. Smokestacks. <br />12. Radio and t-ck"v'isiofl tOV'/crs. <br />H 13.
