The title company has confirmed it is necessary to <br />conduct a vacation; that it is not acceptable to use a "release of easement" in that these <br />easements were dedicated to the public, rather than granted by separate instrument. I would <br />appreciate it if you would work with the City to accomplish the vacation on a timely basis. <br /> <br />Secondly, it appears that it may be necessary for us to commence a quiet title action as to the <br />Wilson interest.
