As part of <br />the due diligence, we obtained a title commi~~tJ~'Om-.Old. Republic which indicated an <br />interest held by Fletcher A. Y1ls9n ancl...~cmdric:L~-,_ Wilson. We note that in the <br />condemnation which you did for the City of Roseville in the mid 1980's, both Fletcher and <br />Kendrick Wilson were named as respondents. However, recitals contained in the attorneys' <br />final certificate mention agreements reached with a Marjorie Wllson, Roger Wilson, Glenn <br />Z. Wilson and a John K. Wilson, none of whom seem to have an interest in the property. <br /> <br />I would appreciate it if someone in your office would call me to discuss how, in the <br />condemnation, you arrived at the conclusion that the four individuals named in the attorneys' <br />final certificate had the authority to divest the interest held by Fletcher and Kendrick Wilson <br />so that we can use that information to eliminate the interest remaining. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance.
