The title company is requiring that the City of Roseville <br />commence a vacation of the dedicated utility and drainage easements in the underlying plat of <br />Brenner Addition No.3 and to vacate that portion of County Road C-2 which lies in the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 5 and record certified copies of the resolutions evidencing the <br />same. <br /> <br />I would appreciate if you would review these items and then call me so that we can discuss <br />how best to accomplish what the title company wants before our deadline of December 10, <br />1996. <br />
