Have all comers of Southwinds development marked. <br /> <br />5. Raise water shutoffs at all homes to be level with sod. <br /> <br />6. Create a "retaining. waIC' entrance planting on the westside of the Albemarle and <br />County Road 8 similar to the one-on the eastside. <br /> <br />7. Add blackdirt and rack up all rocks on all grounds before sod is layed. <br /> <br />8. Replace several evergreen trees...that have died. <br /> <br />9. Use bobcat t~c1eanup..andleveLaff piles on small rectangle area of Southwind <br />Townhomes property behind 2137/2139-Atbemarle Court. <br /> <br />10. Dig a smaU-dtainage ditch along property line starting behind 2137 Albemarle <br />and run it to the north for about twenty feet. <br /> <br />11. Area under concrete entry slab has eroded at 2137 Albemarle Court. <br /> <br />12. Add second layer of blackklp to Albemarle. <br /> <br />13. Concrete curbs have serious,chips in them due to construction equipment. <br /> <br />14. Add trees & shrubs peF-landscape plan. <br /> <br />15.-Backcside rock.areas..between homes are draining towards each homes <br />foundation, rather than away- from the homes. <br /> <br />16.
