<br />#8: The trees that have died, especially at the 900 turn of Albemarle Court, have died <br />because of over-watering. This was confirmed by Tim Winters who installed them. <br />Southwind will however replace them. <br /> <br />#9: Southwind has graded to the property line behind 2137 and 2139 according to our <br />records. If this is not the case, it will be corrected when the rest of the sod is laid. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />#10: Southwind will verify that the site in this area has been graded and completed per <br />the master grading plan. <br /> <br />#11: This item is covered under individual homeowner's warranty. Southwind will ',b-j;;: I.jt~ <br />visually inspect and correct as needed. <br /> <br />#12: The second lift is scheduled for approximately July 20th, 1999. <br /> <br />#13: Some of the concrete curbing is existing and some of it is new, please locate <br />specific areas on a site plan and forward it to me. <br /> <br />#14: Landscaping will be completed per the master landscape plan. <br /> <br />#15: I am not clear on this issue. <br /> <br />#16: NSP does not want anything close to their transformer at the 900 corner of <br />Albemarle.
