<br />Community Development Department <br />651.490.2279. fax: 651.490.2931 <br /> <br />Time Line for Completion: <br /> <br />All landscape work by Mr. Aim and the Homeowner's Association shall be completed by June <br />30,2000. This work is highly dependent on the availability of Mr. Aim's landscaper and <br />specific plant material. However, Mr. Aim and the Homeowner's Association should make all <br />valid attempts to meet this deadline. <br /> <br />Should issues arise regarding the completion by June 30, 2000, the installation of plant material <br />shall be postponed until September I, 2000, where upon the new completion date will be <br />September 30,2000. <br /> <br />It is the City ofRoseville's goal to make certain all items are complete to the satisfaction of this <br />letter.
