<br />28 foot wide street shall be posted for no parking. <br /> <br />G. Terms of purchase of city land must be approved by the City CouncillMayor and City <br />Manager after review by the city attorney. <br /> <br />H. The developer shall provide proper screening and landscape buffers between the <br />development and existing development as per approved landscape plan dated <br />March 12, 1997. <br /> <br />I. The development portions of deed covenants shall be attached to and incorporated <br />into this PUD agreement to insure proper maintenance and architectural control. <br /> <br />J.
