The <br />agreement is in order for execution by the City. I have several minor proposed modifications <br />which are indicated in pen and ink. <br /> <br />The most important modification is the title to Lawrence AIm on the signature page. It <br />states that he is the chief manager. Generally for an agreement to be binding on a corporationt <br />it must be signed by an officer.
