Installation by Devefoper <br /> <br />The Developer shall install or cause to be installed and pay for the following: <br /> <br />A. Setting of Lot and Block Monuments <br />B. Surveying and Staking of work required to be perfonned by the Developer <br />C. Gas, Etectric, Tetephone, and Cable Television Lines <br />D. Site Grading <br />E. landscaping <br />F. Stormwarer Detention Facffities <br /> <br />6. Public Improvements <br /> <br />The foUowing improvements shall be designed and instaRed in the ptat by the <br />Developer: <br /> <br />A Sanitary Sewer <br />B. Water <br />C. Stann Sewer <br />D. Streets <br />E. Street Lights <br />F. Street Signs <br />G. Retaining Wafts <br />H. Street Trees <br /> <br />7. Time of Perfonnance <br /> <br />The Developer shaft instaH all required improvements enumerated in Paragraph 5 <br />and 6 which wt11 serve the plat by FebnJary 28, 1999. The Developer may, however, <br />request an extension of time to the City. If an extension is granted, it shatl be <br />conditioned upon upctating the security posted by the Devetoper to reftect cost <br />increases and the extended completion date. <br />
