Motorized recreation vehicles or trailers shall not be parked on driveways or streets <br />or stored within the development. <br /> <br />16. The color of the units within the development must vary, but shall not exceed three <br />different earth-toned hues of maintenance-free vinyl siding with brick accents. The <br />units must also have a varied appearance as presented in the attached building <br />elevations. (Exhibit F) <br /> <br />17. Accessory storage structures shall not be permitted on any unit lot within the <br />development or on any common area under control of the association. <br /> <br />18. For setback <br />purposes, an attached garage, covered porch, or deck over 18 inches in height (as <br />measured from grade) is considered part of the principal structure, except as noted. <br />If there is an inconsistency in the above criteria, the most restrictive shall apply. <br /> <br />19. Development of the PUD shall be in two phases. Building permits shall not be <br />issued for units in Phase 2 until such property is replatted through the subdivision <br />procedure. <br />
