CONTINUE TO APRIL 28, 1997 <br /> <br /> <br />:L!J. UPDA TE <br /> <br />Mr. Aim and the staff are in the final stages of review of this project. Final plat drawings <br />have not been completed and the details of the City land purchase are being prepared. <br />The PUD document is also nearly complete. A subdivision development agreement <br />also needs some revision. <br /> <br />2Jl SIAFF RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />Mr. Aim has agreed to a two week extension to complete the work listed above. The <br />project will be complete for Council action on April 28, 1997. The staff recommends <br />continuation to April 28,1997. <br /> <br />3J2 SUGGESIED ACTION <br /> <br />By motion, continue with the developer's concurrence to the Council meeting of April <br />28, 1997.
