<br />LJJ. SUGGESTED COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />It is the Council's policy to accept public comment as time permits. <br /> <br />7.1 By motion, approve the preliminary plat. Phase 1 should be approved as <br />twin home lots while Phases 2, 3, and 4 should be shown as outlots that will be platted <br />in the future. <br /> <br />7.2 By resolution, approve vacations of portions of the existing Zeece Plat as <br />necessary, to conform with the new phased site plan and PUD.
