A drainage area also was created
next to 2100 Albemarle Court. (Please see attached exhibit #1). Making these two items
complete. Please note: very little maintenance has been done since the planting and some
trees appear dead.

The small area of brown grass towards County Road B simply needs to be maintained
with fertilizer and water.

The utility line installation is none of our concern. It is not our responsibility to bury any
lines or repair any damage caused by persons supplying services to residents of
South wind of Roseville.

The entire site was surveyed and marked by Rud's Land Surveying Co. the second week
of June.

The area behind Jan Hazel's (south edge) home was raked out, cleaned up and seeded at
two different times. The last was the fall of 1999. Once again this area needs to be
maintained and it will grow in just fine.

The natural areas are justthat. No further work will be done.
