Dear Mr. AIm: Over the past two months you have been completing some ofthe unresolved landscaping and grading issues at Southwind of Roseville and the City thanks you for attending to these matters. However, there are a number of unresolved issues that have still not been addressed. As well, in the past two weeks the City has received letters from Mr. Lloyd Petrie and Ms. Jane Larson indicating negligence on your behalf in completing your portion of the landscape, grading, and clean-up issues. The City can understand the limited tree replacement that has occurred given the time of year. It is also our preference is that no landscaping be planted during hot and humid periods of the summer. However, there is no excuse for not removing construction materials, re-grading, and installing sod. As you recall, the City required you to complete the following items: The Developer Shall: ~ Replace all dead and dying maple and spruce trees. Maple trees shall be a minimum of2- 112-caliper inch and spruce trees shall be six to eight feet in height. ~ Install one sugar maple tree 2-112 caliper inch (consistent with existing boulevard trees) adjacent to the driveway (east) at 187 Burke Avenue; install one flowering crab tree adjacent to the driveway (west) at 178 County Road B; install two six to eight foot tall spruce trees in the rear yard of 178 County Road B, 2112, 2150 and 2154 Albemarle Court; install one six to eight foot tall spruce tree in the rear yard lying between 2099 and 2103 Albemarle Court; and install one six to eight foot tall spruce tree between the unit at 2121 Albemarle Court and the trail. 2660 Civic Center Drive <+ Roseville .:.
