Given the 30-day forecast
and the anticipated below normal precipitation, the City would like to see major progress made
on completing all outstanding issues. Specifically all debris should be removed, all re-grading
and sod work completed, and all trees planted.

The City would also like to see progress made on completing pond improvements. In a related
issue, the City has received calls ttom the property owner of 2111 Rice Street indicating your
grading contractor removed a portion (northwest comer) of the rear yard for the pond and they
would like it returning to its original grade.

Verification of the southern property line was provided per our requirement. A visual inspection
of the completed pond grading determined that the grading contractor did remove a portion of
the northwest comer of 2111 Rice Street for the storm water management pond. The City also
reviewed its record drawings and found no certification letter or as-built drawing. The City also
reviewed the approved grading plan and concluded that this portion of the site development was
not completed in conformance with the approved grading plan.
