I believe the City should review the current status of the unfinished <br />work, make arrangements with an outside contractor to immediately complete the required tasks <br />and place the appropriate claim against the performance bond. <br /> <br />Lloyd Petrie of the Southwind Homeowners Association has reported that the builder, Larry <br />AIm, has finished some of his tasks. First, the required trees and shrubs have been replaced. <br />Second, the property lines of the development have been marked. Third, an unsightly regrading <br />and rock drainage swale for 2100 Albemarle was constructed. <br /> <br />The following items have not been completed: <br /> <br />A. Soil Preuaration and Grass Installation: <br />The preparation of the seeded areas and the sodded areas were prepared incorrectly.
