<br />B. Drainasze: <br />The drainage issues, as well as the standing water problems have not been adequately resolved. <br /> <br />C. Retention Pool: <br />The retention pond riprap has not been cleaned or repaired. Construction debris, including debris <br />in the retention pond has not been removed. The V -shaped sod required for the eastern swale of <br />the retention pond has not been installed. <br /> <br />Please respond to this proposal and forward a copy of the City's physical inspection report of <br />the development to my office.
