Larson <br /> <br />Subject: Update on meeting with City of Roseville officials and subsequent communication <br /> <br />I met with Dennis Welsh, Community Development Director, Douglas Strong, Engineering <br />Supervisor, Don Munson, Building Permits Supervisor and James Henneck, Code Enforcement <br />Officer. <br /> <br />The following items were discussed. <br /> <br />1. Roadway and Driveways <br /> <br />A. A Second layer of blacktop must be laid throughout the development. The builder has <br />done. <br /> <br />The city is requiring a bond for 1/2 of the cost of approximately $79,000.00 should the road not <br />hold up. <br /> <br />B. A large section of the driveway at 2113 Albemarle Court has been broken off by I <br />construction equipment. This section must be removed and replaced. <br /> <br />The city believes that this is a contract dispute between the builder and the home owner. <br /> <br />2. Landscaping <br /> <br />A. Drainage <br /> <br />I. Drainage areas between 2] 54 and 2150 and 2] 48 and 2144 Albemarle Court have had <br />rock placed in the crevice and sod placed over the rock. In one, the elevation toward the <br />street was higher than toward the center of the development and water was collecting <br />and going nowhere.
