<br />L..Q SUGGESTED COUNC.IL ACTION <br /> <br />It is the Council's policy to accept public comment as time permits. <br /> <br />7.1 By motion, approve the preliminary and final plat. Phase 1 shall be approved as 15 <br />twinhome lots, and Phase 2 shall be shown as an outlot that will be replatted in the future. <br /> <br />7.2 By resolution, approve vacations of portions of the existing Zeece Plat right-of-way <br />and utility easements as necessary, to conform with the new phased site plan and PUD. <br />(A vacation resolution is attached.) <br /> <br />7.3 By motion, approve the zoning maps amendment from R-1 to PUD # , subject <br />to approval of PUD Standards # .
