Many items that were brougill <br />to the builder's attention last year were put off because of Winter coming on. Now, one year later, <br />they have still not been completed. <br /> <br />The following items were either not satisfactorily completed, or not done at all. <br /> <br />1. Roadway and Driveways <br /> <br />A. A Second layer of blacktop must be laid throughout the development. <br /> <br />B. A large section of the driveway at 2113 has been broken off by construction <br />equipment. This section must be removed and replaced. <br /> <br />2. Landscaping <br /> <br />A. Drainage <br /> <br />1. Drainage areas between 2154 and 2150 and 2148 and 2144 Albemarle Court have had <br />rock placed in the crevice and sod placed over the rock.
