Brick Fronts on 176/178 County Road B - the development agreement #1179
filed with the City of Roseville clearly states on item # 16 that units within the
development will have brick accents. Brick must be added to the fronts of these
two units.

If it is part of the plan, then the city will require brick fronts. The builder still insists
that these two units were never required to have brick fronts. The city wants to
study it further.

I also discussed the issue regarding the telephone wires on the ground.
