Drainagf areas between 2154 and 2150 and also 2148 and 2144 have been addressed by imtalling rock and drain tile. We are going to monitor this in the upcoming weeks. I do not know of any areas at 2142, 2100 or 2110. 2. Areas th~lt were not sodded have been seeded. We will monitor the dead grass areas throughout the development including the seeded areas. Some of these areas may require one full growing season to take root Southwind Builders, Inc. is fully prepared to ret\nn next yc:ar, if need be, to repair any areas that need it. Hopefully the association has plans for fal fertilizing, etc. 3. Please identify the appropriate water shutoffs. 4. IrrigatiOI, 'power is being supplied through power from 2112. Southwind has done this because we were told verbally and in writing to complete the system this way. 5. Units th:lt face County Road B are different a different type of unit than throughout the [lain development. They do have brick accents per item #16 and in fact have more squaJe foot of brick on them. There are no plans to install any more brick on these units. 6. Trees an..I shrubs planted this year that die, will be replaced next year similar to the replacement process that took place this year on plantings that had died. Please note that Southwind even replaced trees that died because they were, in fact, literally watered to death adjacclli to 2142 Albemarle.
