The drainage issue affecting the <br />older homes~lc;>ng County Road B in their backyard, and between 2100 and 2110. <br />8e4...:> 1f~"'('1 r ~_L. <br /> <br />[] Sodding - small areas that are not presently sodded are not acceptable if they are <br />seeded. Dead section of grass, due to a functioning inigation system in these areas, <br />must be replaced. The entire complex must be sodded wthout exception. <br /> <br />[] Water Shutoffs - must be lowered in the development. <br /> <br />[] Asphalt Driveway -large section of the driveway at 2113 has broken off due to <br />construction equipment on it. This section must be cut out and replaced. <br /> <br />[] lnigation Meter - a separate meter must be installed for our inigation system. The city <br />electrical inspector indicated it can be placed on the southside of the dog house. <br /> <br />[] Brick Fronts on 176/178 County Road B - your development agreement #1179 filed <br />wth the City of Roseville clearly states on item #16 that units wthin our development <br />wit have .brick accents.. Bricks must be added to the fronts of these t'M> units. <br /> <br />[] Dead Plantings - plant material (trees & shrubs) must be replaced. <br /> <br />,.~t [] Masonite Building Trim - the masonite trim on several homes is starting <br />to show signs of deterioration due to moisture. The entire development's <br />masonite must be inspected and a plan offered to proper1y preserve the <br />integrity of this product or replace wth something similar. <br /> <br />[] Water Retention Pond - a time schedule must be presented to our Board <br />of Directors outlining your plans for racking & seeding this area. <br /> <br />".,i [] Second Layer of Blacktop - a timeschedule must be presented \\tIen our streets wll <br />be cleaned and a seconcIlayer of blacktop layed. <br /> <br />These are very important issues to us. At our July Board meeting, directors voted to give <br />Southwnd Builders 30 days to complete the above tasks. Please send me a letter stating <br />your timetable by July 29th, Further consideration msrl be granted for a project that requires <br />more time, but it must be justified.
