Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, <br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />The Council took a 10 minutes recess at this time. <br /> <br />H-2 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Baja Roseville, LLC , dba Baja Tortilla <br />Grill, application for On SaLe Wine and Nonintoxicating Malt Beverage Licenses <br />at 2100 N. Snelling Avenue be approved with the condition that all required <br />application items be submitted before the licenses may be issued. The Wine <br />License will expire on December 31, 1997 and the Nonintoxicating Malt <br />Beverage License will expire on June 30, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wi ski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9385, designating Lovell <br />Avenue from Minnesota Avenue to Dale Street as an M.S.A. street, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly Item F-6) <br />K-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the City's interpretation of Section <br />14.040 of the City's Zoning Code relating to the prohibition of flashing signs <br />be as follows: "interpret the ordinance as requiring a 'non moving or rolling <br />message' that may be changed no more than once in a 24 hour period", and <br />direct staff to take the appropriate enforcement actions.
