<br />l>F 1-<21- 7 <br /> <br />April 8, 1997 <br /> <br />Re: Planning File #2887 <br />CB Commercial Telephone Antennas <br />Roseville Professional Center <br />2233 Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />On March 29, 1997 we received your public hearing notice <br />in regard to the above. <br /> <br />We have experienced many problems in connection with the <br />professional building. Originally the building was to be three <br />stories high. All the home owners in the block attended meet- <br />ings to express our reasons for not wanting such a building in <br />our backyards. Instead of three stories we got six stories <br />ahd were not even informed of the additional three stories. <br /> <br />To begin with the building had some outdoor maintenance <br />between our yards and their fence. Now all the debris is left <br />to blow into our property, especially debris from overflow of <br />the dumpster. Many complaints were made but very little action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />Now they feel commercial telephone antennas are necessary. <br />More interference in our home radios and television, besides the <br />unsightly high antennas. I'm sure the city council has already <br />made up their minds regarding this request, but it would be <br />great if just once home owners could be protected fvom all this <br />progress.(?) <br /> <br />It is funny - when they are pushing for approval everything <br />is said to make our property appear to be worth more.
