<br />A memo from US West Communications outlining its technical justification for this <br />location (MN 102) and maps showing the service area of the proposed antennas <br />were submitted by US West and presented during the hearing. A building permit <br />was issued on May 1, 1997, for the replacement of all existing corridor ceilings with <br />fire rated tile ceilings Staff has been told that materials are on site and that work will <br />begin soon. <br /> <br />M PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />6.1 On April 9, 1997 the Planning Commission received a written request from the <br />applicant, CB Commercial, to continue the issue for one month, along with a waiver <br />of the Minnesota project approval schedule and deadlines. <br /> <br />6.2 On May 14,1997, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request <br />for a conditional use permit with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The antennas are to be removed within twelve months after they are no <br />longer in use. <br /> <br />UJ.
