A revised Amendment to Option to Purchase and Option to Sale for the <br />Curtners. I revised the Option to change the date of closing from September <br />1, 1997 to July 17, 1997. I have ordered a Title Insurance Commitment from <br />Jean Crosby at First American Title Insurance Company and Diane Ablan, a <br />legal assistant in our office, will be working on closing documents next week. <br />Rod Ives from First American Title Insurance Company has not returned my <br />call regarding the use of a reissue rate or other method of reducing the title <br />insurance fees necessitated by an early closing on the Curtner property. I <br />assume the Curtners are not removing their home. If they are removing their <br />home the Amendment must be further modified to establish a post-closing <br />removal date and the Curtners and the City should execute an additional <br />Addendum to the Option to provide for the removaL <br /> <br />2. A revised Amendment to Option to Purchase and Option to Sale for the <br />Howards. The revised Amendment changes the date of closing to September <br />15, 1997 and obligates the Howards to remove the home from the property <br />on or before the date of closing; <br /> <br />3. An Addendum to Option Agreement (Retention and Removal of Buildings <br />and Improvements) (Pre-closing removal form). This is a standard form that <br />can be used with the majority of the home owners.
