(see the county approval resolution - Exhibit liB"). i. 1.2 hi NSP proposes to stockpile tree and stump materials to be ground (chipped) by this n1!~chinery once every sixty days. The chips would be distributed to Ramsey Coun1;y distribution sites for resident uses, ~ . 1:11 j' 1.3 1!!The portable machinery is hauled to numerous sites throughout the county.
