This agreement was <br />approved by the RosevilJe City Council on FebrualY 9, 1998. The planned development <br />consistS of a 30-unit senior condominium building. Paragraph 6.0 of the PUD document <br />indicates that if co~on of tile development project docs not begin within one year of <br />the PUD approval, the developer must apply for an extension of the agreement. <br />A considemble amount of tUne has clapsed since the agreement was approved, <br />during which Mcndota Homes, Inc. has been working to begin constrUction ofRoscvillc <br />Commons. Circumstances, including completing plans fOJ Phase n of the development <br />and "tine-tuning" constrUction plans and securing financing for Phase I, took much <br />longer than we anticipated. In the interim, we failed to recognize the necessity of <br />renewing the agreement. <br />At this time. we are in the final stage of our planning for Roseville Commons. <br />Financing has been secured and we are prepared to begin construction. <br />Mcndota Homes.
